Delivery

All of our wraps are handmade by our brilliant team in our workshop in the Cotswolds. Your order will be handmade, packed and despatched within approximately three days. We may be able to fast-track your order if you urgently need it, please contact us to find out what we can do.

During busier periods, such as special offers and new product launches, we aim to hand make and despatch your order within 5 working days, but this may be slightly longer during and shortly after these special offers.

UK Delivery: Once your order has been despatched, it will take 3-5 days to arrive on our Royal Mail Tracked service for £3.50. Royal Mail will be in touch with your tracking number. A signature is required for orders over £80.00 to ensure the safe arrival of your parcel.

International Delivery: We currently only over international delivery in USA and Canada. The cost of delivery depends on your location and the weight of your order, and is automatically calculated at the checkout. Your order will be send with Royal Mail on an International Tracked Service. Additional duties and tax payments may be required at the time of delivery, which are not covered by us or in our shipping rates.

If you have not received your order after receiving a notification from Royal Mail, please follow the instructions in their communications. If you don’t hear anything from Royal Mail, please contact us with your order number and we’ll be able to help.

All of our orders will arrive without any paperwork or invoices inside, making them ideal for gifts. Your invoice is part of your order confirmation email so please keep this safe.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your recent order from us, please contact us within 30 days of ordering and we will be able to help organise a replacement.

If your product is faulty or damaged, please send photos and include as much information in your email to us. We may ask for the product back so we can best ascertain the problem for you.

If your product is unwanted and you have contacted us within 30 days, you can return it to us provided it is in unopened and undamaged packaging. Once we have received the product back we will then issue a refund, excluding postage charges.
